QUITMAN — Services for Artis Carlie "A. C." Elliott Jr. will be Saturday, at 11 a. m., at First Baptist Church, Quitman, with Dr. Gene Neal officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery with Wright's Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Elliott, 83, of Quitman, died Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012, at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian. Mr. Elliott was a retired agent for ICG Railroad. He was the founder of WBFN- WYKK Radio Station.

Survivors include his wife, Louise Elliott; daughters: Dianne Elliott Sellers and her husband George, and Gwen Elliott McCormick and her husband Gary; four grandchildren: Dr. Chris Sellers, Brad Sellers, Amy Kemmer and Amber Gray; and, five great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Gary Wayne Pendergrass, Jim Pendergrass, Hunter Adams, James Lindsey, Larry Shirley, Glenn Miller and Jamie Heathcock.
