 Bible Verse

Gernesis 1:26-28 --- (26) Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth." (27) So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. (28) Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth." (NKJV)

Hams at Battle of Arnhem, TV History Channel Friday (12th) night

Last July I posted (msge #22667) some info on how HFPack members Peter, G8BLS and I had been involved with the making of a TV documentary about the battle of Arnhem in 1944. Our role was to to simulate the actual battlefield performance of the backpack radios used by the British during the battle.

The resulting film will be shown on "The History Channel" in the United States on Friday 12th November at 9-10pm Eastern, 8-9pm Central, 7-8pm Mountain and 9-10pm Pacific. It will be the first episode in a new series of "Battlefield Detectives". This episode is titled "Operation Market Garden" which was the codename for this daring airborne offensive.

Although I have yet to see the film you will, hopefully, be able to see and hear Peter and I having /PM to /PM QSOs on 160m with 0.25W of AM.

Cheers
Tom - GØSBW
